At GLDD, I identified the opportunity to better engage employees and educate the public and shareholders about dredging through strategic use of video and multimedia. I engaged key employees throughout the Corporation as content generators and providers, utilizing technology such as video drones, time-lapse cameras and GoPros. I also led video production, utilizing for internal communication and external promotion, usually in fast-paced, deadline driven situations.
